C.M. Pancho Const., Inc. bags top contractor award

MANILA, Philippines - C.M. Pancho Construction, Inc. (CMPCI) bags the first Top Contrarctor Award in the first Vendor Awarding and CapEx Roadshow in line with Maynilad’s program of “ Strengthening Partnership Towards Excellence ” held last January 28, 2011 at Maynilad’s Juan Luna Hall, Balara, Quezon City.

C.M. Pancho bested all the other primary contractors of Maynilad through its consistent and exemplary performance in primary pipelaying. The Maynilad Program Management Group evaluated the performance of their contractors based on timely completion of project, quality of work, safety and cleanliness, communication and coordination and documentation.

Also, CMPCI was issued Maynilad’s Certificate of Accreditation for Type I Underground Primary Projects based on financial and technical capability.

CMPCI considered the recent award together with Maynilad’s recognition of excellent achievement in management system for the contractor co-development program, I.S.O. certifications on 9001:2008 for Quality, 18001: 2007 for Occupational Health and Safety and 14001: 2004 for Environment as the result of hard work and sustained commitment to excellence and corporate responsibility.
