Sanyo launches new product line-up - The Sanyo Perspective
MANILA, Philippines - Sanyo Philippines Inc. is pleased to announce a new product line-up today – the Sanyo Virus Washer, new dual camera Xacti series and the sleek new Sanyo Vizon LCD-24K40 Series. Sanyo aims to change the everyday perspective and broaden our horizons with the latest line of lifestyle products.
First up is the Sanyo Virus Washer, an air purifying system for homes and commercial establishments. Through a joint research with Gunma Prefectural Institute of Public Health and Environmental Sciences in Japan, Sanyo has confirmed that the product is highly effective in suppressing the H1N1 virus.
What really sets the Sanyo Virus Washer Air Purifier is its revolutionary Electrolyzed Water Technology. This system works by combining ordinary tap water and electricity. These two elements work together to destroy protein spikes present on the surface of the virus, rendering the virus harmless. Sanyo Virus Washer features a simple and easy-to-use control panel with an automatic drainage mechanism to easily dispose water in the drainage tank. The air purifier is also equipped with sensors and variable airflow controls to control humidity, a clog-resistant honeycomb as a disinfectant element, a Treated Air Volume indicator, an auto louver to adjust airflow direction and prevent dust intake, and a pre-filter device to increase the effectiveness against pollen.
After breathing a sigh of relief thanks to the Sanyo Virus Washer, gasp in awe with the latest line of Dual Camera Xacti from Sanyo. The five new Xacti models offer tech-savvy users the best of both image-capturing worlds – the sleekness and easy-to-use functions of compact cameras and advanced capabilities of Full-HD camcorders.
Each one is a high-quality still photo and video camera capable of taking full HD videos at an industry class best of 1920/1080/60i and comes armed with advanced face chaser technology that can detect up to 12 individual faces at once! All are lightweight, sleek, user-friendly, and stylish the way only Sanyo makes them.
A key highlight is the Full-HD Xacti Dual Camera, VPC-CS1 that is as slim as it is advanced. Touted as the world’s smallest and lightweight Full-HD dual camera, VPC-CS1 gives users greater degree of convenience and portability with its compact ergonomic design. Now, carrying a camera is no longer a chore as you can carry it with you anytime, anywhere!
The VPC-SH1 is the industry’s top class full HD Dual Camera with 35mm wide angle and 30x advanced zoom lens. The VPC-GH1 can shoot even wider at 38mm and is capable of 12x zoom without changing lenses.
The VPC-CG20, and the VPC-CG100 take high-quality photos at 10 megapixels, and 14 megapixels, respectively. Both models are designed with a joystick grip for ease of use with every function within thumb’s reach.
The portability and ease-of-use of Xacti Dual Cameras makes filming in HD just as easy as taking a snapshot. It uses a convenient video format that is highly compatible with computer and Internet environments while the mini HDMI terminal allows for easy viewing on home TVs. The Eye-Fi card compatibility gives users the freedom of wireless data transfer for the sharing of photos and videos online.
The crown jewel of Sanyo’s 2010 offerings, the sleek new Vizon LCD-24K40 Series. Super slim and measuring in at 24 inches, it is the perfect sized screen for just about anything. The K40 might not be the biggest LCD TV out there, but its New Generation Vizon Engine makes it a real heavyweight. Using AI for image processing, it produces high resolution pictures with brilliant colors and sharp contrast. This itself sets it apart from most LCDs out in the market, but that wasn’t enough for the folks at Sanyo. No, they had to pack this beauty with all kinds of functions from PC and gaming inputs, the ECO mode that saves up to 40 percent of consumed power, 1366x768 widescreen WXGA panel, HDMI input, and HD ready to prove that the Vizon Engine is up to the task and more. As an added bonus, the K40 comes in stunning black, red, or white to suit every buyer’s preference. When the LCD works this well after all, it should look just as good.
It’s a new decade in a new century. Time to broaden our horizons. Time to breathe deeply, to make memories, and to see things in a new, more brilliant light. Different? Maybe. Better? Definitely. This is the nature of epiphanies. This is the Sanyo perspective.
