Foton MPX wins 2009 Best in Van Category Award

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Foton MPX recently earned the “Best in Van Award for 2009” from the prestigious Car Awards Group, Inc. (CAGI) during the recently held Car of the Year (COTY) Awards last November 26 in Pasig City. The Foton MPX was subjected to a series of rigorous tests together with other vehicle brands by veteran media members of the CAGI. This award further fortifies the MPX’s value for money given its promo price of P999,000 only.

As the world’s 2nd leading commercial vehicle brand (second to Daimler-Mercedes) and the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in China, Foton continues to exceed its customer expectations by providing high quality commercial vehicles at very affordable prices.

The Foton MPX CRDi model is a classic example of a strategically designed, value-for-money van accommodating a wide range of applications from private to commercial demands. Its X-TEC chassis technology and steering system, which was developed by the famous British sportscar maker Lotus, assures comfort and stability. It also has ABS and EBD brake systems developed for optimum safety. Other safety features include the driver side airbag, door collision bars, multi-cluster dashboard and a high-strength body design blue printed by US Design firm Autel Co. The information display center also allows the driver to see the exact distance of the rear bumper to the nearest obstruction through its back-up sensors.

The Foton MPX also offers a spacious experience that will surely be enjoyed by families or any group of individuals in need of an executive van. It is also a top choice among business enterprises as it can accommodate different types of cargo with its three different rear seat configuration and dual sliding doors.
