Caronia raises funds for BP’s scholars

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Caronia, the first locally produced nail polish brand in the Philippine market, and Ballet Philippines, the country’s first professional dance company, are launching a yearlong partnership to support young dance scholars.

Caronia is releasing a special nail polish collection, “The Art of Dance”, to celebrate the start of BP’s 45th season.

“Art of Dance” features three colors: pique, a salmon pink shade, chasse, a royal blue shade, and glissade in light green. The names are all French terms of classical ballet movements. Customers will also get the chance to win tickets to Ballet Philippines productions through buying the “Art of Dance” collection packs until Jan. 31, 2015.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Ballet Philippines Foundation’s Noordin Jumalon Scholarship Program, which supports the dance education of over 100 students every year.
