Join Kwentong Bata, Kwentistang Bata 2

MANILA, Philippines - Following the success of last year’s competition, Lampara Publishing, one of the Philippines leading children’s books publishers and the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA), invite elementary school students to join the 2nd Kwentong Bata, Kwentistang Bata contest.

Category A is for students grades 1-4, while Category B is for grades 5-7.

Finals will be held at the Manila International Book Fair on Sept. 15 at the SMX.

Contestants, parents and coaches can look forward to great bonding experiences as they not only compete, but also join in creative workshops that will help them gain confidence and skills in performing.

Big prizes await the top three winners. Registration forms are available at the PETA Theater Center in Quezon City and in all Precious Pages outlets. Deadline for registration is on Aug. 17.
