MANILA, Philippines - In observance of National Disaster Consciousness Month, United States Agency for International Development, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Office of Civil Defense Training Division, United Nations World Food Programme Philippines, United Nations Population Fund, and representatives of non-government organizations and the academe signified their joint commitment to “harnessing synergies to build resilience against disasters” in the Philippines.
