Fire safety grand slam for Intercontinental Manila

InterContinental Manila again scored a grand slam at the recently held 15th Fire Safety Compliance Awards Program of Makati City with three citations. Topping these citations is the much-coveted 7-Star Award of Distinction for Fire Safety Compliance. The highest of its category, this award is the twelfth in a row for InterContinental Manila for meeting all requirements of the Fire and National Building Code of the Philippines. For effectiveness and readiness to perform its task during fire emergencies, the hotel likewise received the Building Fire Brigade Award for the tenth consecutive year. The Corporate Fire Safety Award for commitment to fire protection and life safety for the eighth year.
