BIR celebrates new direction

MANILA, Philippines - BIR officer-in-charge Joel Tan-Torres (center) receives a limited edition commemorative plate from Raoul Angangco, co-managing partner of Villaraza Cruz Marcelo & Angangco law office at a cocktail reception in honor of the BIR chief held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel.
