Lili and Mary Kay

It started with a bang at the 4th Phil. Jewellery Exhibition at the World Trade Center, dahlings, where Lili Jewellery was again the top grosser for the fourth year in a row! This success prompted the company’s president, Lili Adina, to have a three-day thanksgiving sale at her showroom in Greenhills which, palanggas, also happened to be her birthday!

Lili was a-bloom in a sequined gold terno with hand-painted flowers by Aureo Alonzo. Only daughter Alessandra was tres dainty in a baby pink chiffon and satin dress while oh-so-young-looking mommy Elena Adina was in a beige lace serpentina-cut terno.

Some of the VIGuests who joined in the merry-making, dahlings, were Nona Ricafort, SunLife’s Mary Chan with daughter Christin Lee, anwg’s Arlene Jacobo and Lalie Tolentino, Eva Sharma, Drs. Corazon Villaluz and Estelita Certeza, Victoria Enriquez and famille, Persian carpet’s Massoud Ababafha, all-time pals Rory Llamas and Rey and Aida Padilla, and more palanggas, who all went home with a smile!

Mary Kay Phils. (mkp) awarded its first ever Trophy on Wheels, dahlings, the highly-coveted Pink Honda, to three sales directors. In attendance during the ceremonies were mkp top brass led by Asia-Pacific prez KK Chua, mkp pres. Ana Maria Cawa, plus Lynne Tribiño, Perlita Skaar and Jiji Recto.

Rebecca Mills, Charlotte Mendoza and Geraldine Mendoza achieved their goal through phenomenal sales of P3 million for two consecutive sales quarters. This year’s seminar, with the theme "Worldwide Women Winning", focused on crossing borders, transcending cultures and unifying sovereignty of the heart.

"I just believed the car was mine," says Geraldine of Davao City. Rebecca, who moved with her famille from Canada, agrees the car will make recruiting easier because "I have something to show other women." Charlotte of Zamboanga City says it is "not only the ultimate symbol of success for a sales director but it also makes me a role model." Bravo, ladies!
