Three years apres pioneering the concept of complementary fragrances with the simultaneous launch of Emporio He and She Classic, dahlings, Giorgio Armani expanded the idea with Emporio Armani White, pure, fresh, casual but chic scents for him and her.
Manilles hip crowd trooped to trendy Pravda bar for a whiff of the fragrances. The presentation featured an all-white fashion show by young designers Stephanie Sarmiento, Paolo Raymundo and Kenneth Chua of Milkwear, and cool sexy casuals by U of Rustans. Models were Manilas cool couples like Rustans Mike Huang and VJ Audrey Tan, Paolo Trillo and Janelle So, Lancomes Ana Perez de Tagle and fiance Poy Divinagracia, LOreals Leica Carpo and Butch San Agustin.
Why White? Unadorned, it is simplicity itself, palanggas, conveying the minimalist sophistication so dear to Giorgio Armani. Inspired by the sensation of ones favorite white cotton t-shirt over fresh, clean skin, Emporio Armani White is both refreshing and sensual.
The high spirits of "Raise a Glass to Mr. Jack" was entirely contagious as Manilles brightest partyphiles descended on the RCBC Tower to celebrate the legendary mans birthday. Jack DanielMr. Jackis the man behind the smoothest sippin charcoal mellowed drink in town, dahlings, Jack Daniels Whiskey. The spirit of Tennessee was certainly alive and swinging that night.
Guests were welcomed by a platoon of achingly sexy models dressed in hot, sultry leather, with holsters not for guns but for bottles of the best whiskey in the world. Ebullient host Tricia Chiongbian led the toast to Mr. Jack, as master DJ Robert Villaluz jacked up the energy level with his renowned beats.
Enjoying themselves immensely were Atom Henares, Louie Ysmael, Marcel Crespo and John Cu Unjieng; Jed and Robert Dario, twins Oye and Aye Nuguid, Ana Garamendi and Marianne Carandang. Proudly surveying the smashing success were Brown-Forman SE Asia regional director Chu-Pak Chu, country manager Alan Anastacio and brand manager Agnes Ballesteros.
