Popular Italian restaurant Cibo is bringing something truly exceptional to the table — a creative partnership between chef Margarita Forés, the visionary behind Cibo and chef Stefano Canosci, a master pizza maker from Italy. Their collaboration on two new pizzas blends authentic Italian tradition with Filipino flair.

Stefano is the talent behind Ristorante Pizzeria Chicco, ranked #40 Best in Italy and #83 Best in the World by 50 Top Pizza. He is known for his innovative approach and commitment to sustainability and his philosophy of using fresh, local ingredients aligns perfectly with Cibo’s mission.

The first is the Pizza Porchetta.Ciccioli.Cipolla.  Tender, slow-cooked roast pork, infused with Italian herbs is paired with roasted onions that add just the right amount of sweetness, while crispy local chicharon adds the right amount of crunch.

The second is the Pizza Asparagi.Pancetta.Arancia with mozzarella, asparagus, Filipino slab bacon, burrata, and parmesan, finished with fresh orange zest. This collaboration is a testament to Cibo’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and supporting local farmers.

While these pizzas marked a special milestone, guests celebrated Cibo’s 27th year with other favorites such as the Rigatoni Bolognese Cake, La Bistecca or ribeye, and desserts such as bomboloni and maritozzo.

Check out these two special collaboration pizzas, available until Oct. 31.
