There is a seamless integration of design and functionality in architecture, interior design, furniture and home accessories in the two-bedroom deluxe model unit of Botanika Nature Residences. The model unit was previewed recently at an open house held at the Botanika Sales Atrium in Filinvest City, Alabang.

Always in the forefront of functional, top-end design, Budji Layug+Royal Pineda Design Architects utilized a collaborative approach to make the masterpiece, which evoked only positive reactions from the adoring guests.

Architect Royal Pineda and designer Budji Layug also talked about their design inspiration during the event while injecting some tips on condominium space planning, something that proved very informative and useful to clients and prospective buyers of Botanika Nature Residences.

‘Spa-rty’ at Dusit

It is said that behind every great man is a great woman.
