In support of Yolanda survivors

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - LG Electronics paid tribute to women who have shown distinction in their field in the past decade. This recognition is derived from the company’s most premium and advanced innovation to date — the world’s first LG Curved OLED TV.  Launched in the Philippines recently, the Curved OLED TV represents the infinite beauty and substance that these women possess. The event was done in aid of the Yolanda survivors.

The Curved OLED TV breaks the limits of tradition with its seamlessly curved screen for an optimal TV viewing experience. A never-before-seen three-credit-card-slim TV blends perfectly with LG’s unique WRGB technology, which produces deeper and richer colors.

During the event, LG Electronics also pledged to fully support the survivors of Yolanda in the Visayas region.  On top of its previous cash donations and installations of electricity-generating LG Solar Panels, LG announced its in-kind donations worth P400,000 to beneficiary organization Sagip Kapamilya. It will also continue its LG Service Camps to aid community rehabilitation.
