On the road to wellness

MANILA, Philippines - More and more Filipinos are embracing wellness nowadays to secure a healthy tomorrow.

Robinsons Supermarket, together with Unilever Philippines, launched Wellness Mania — a series of educational and experiential in-store activities to spread the message of wellness among Robinsons Supermarket shoppers.

Held at the Discover Wellness Zone of Robinsons Supermarket in Ermita, the launch provided guests and shoppers a chance to participate and listen to informative talks on the importance of wellness and how to incorporate this into the people’s everyday lives.

Welcoming guests during the event were Robinsons Retail Group president and COO Robina Gokongwei-Pe, Robinsons Supermarket general manager Jody Gadia and Unilever Philippines vice president for customer development Carl Cruz.

The highlight of the event was the presentation to Robinsons Supermarket of the “Best Business Impact” award from Unilever Global and Health Communication Best Practice Awards for its “Living Wellness” campaign, which takes part in improving the wellness of its shoppers.

Wellness Mania will run throughout the year at Robinsons Supermarkets nationwide. The campaign features four booths that target different areas of wellness — “health and beauty,” “happy home,” “delicious and nutritious” and “share happiness.”
