MANILA, Philippines - LPG consumers can soon expect more convenient access to their trusted brand Solane as Isla LPG Corp. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of its new facility in Canlubang, Laguna.

Marking a new milestone, Isla LPG Corp., the company behind Solane, once again strengthened its commitment to provide its customers high standard LPG with the construction of the soon-to-rise plant.

â€œWe aspire that this project will encourage more business partnership with us, increase commerce in the local community and help fuel the growth of the industry in more years to come,” Isla LPG Corp. chief executive officer Toshihisa Fuse said.

The plant, projected to be completed on Aug. 31, is envisioned to be the first Solane LPG facility to fully serve Metro Manila area and Southern Tagalog provinces. It will feature state-of-the-art filling equipment, safety equipment for gas detection and LED lightings.

Highlights of the event were the unveiling of the scale model of the new Solane facility and the lowering of the capsule that had a copy of the floor plan of the facility. The groundbreaking ceremony was led by Isla LPG executive committee chairman Ricky Delgado Jr.
