The country’s leading direct selling company, Tupperware Brands Philippines, celebrated its two decades of success in an intimate affair at Dusit Thani Manila recently. The celebration was all about upholding its legacy of bringing world-renowned brands with world-class products that enhance people’s lifestyles. It was also about celebrating confidence, which empowers people to educate, enlighten and better themselves.

President and general manager of Tupperware Brands Philippines Perry Mogar said, “We are a company that is passionately committed to changing people’s lives and we will continuously innovate to provide better brands, open more opportunities and train our workforce so that we can help build better lives.”

Gracing the celebration were some of its brand ambassadors: Marvin Agustin for Tupperware, Dimples Romana for Baby Care Plus+ and Bea Binene for Pop Shop.

The celebration highlighted two of the brand’s major milestones for the year 2012: the Chain of Confidence, a global campaign geared towards women’s empowerment; and the company’s deeper relationship with World Vision, the Christian development and advocacy organization.

The Chain of Confidence campaign kicked off in the country with a viral video positioning confidence as the new beauty mark. It was followed by the Search for Women of Confidence, which recognized 10 exemplary women who shared their inspiring life stories of self-discovery and how they became ripples of change in their family and community. During the event, Tupperware Brands presented a new video featuring the stories of these 10 confident women.

In line with creating a better life and future for Filipinos, Tupperware Brands Philippines also continues its commitment to support World Vision. The company secured the education of more than a hundred Filipino children of World Vision through a generous donation.
