Executives show off winning moves

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton -

A fun-filled day of sportsmanship and camaraderie took place during The Bellevue’s recently concluded fourth golf tournament dubbed “The Bellevue Hotels and Resorts (BH&R) Executive Golf Cup 2012.”

The Ayala Alabang Country Club was the venue of this exciting event filled with a plethora of surprises, a fun program and fabulous prizes. Visionary BH&R chairman Johnny Chan officially opened the tournament with a ceremonial tee-off. Especially-invited guests had a great time, showing off their impressive golf skills and winning forms in the lush fairways. By afternoon, brilliant BH&R managing director Patrick Chan and corporate director for marketing and communications Ryan Chan called the best participants onstage for the awarding ceremony. Bong Igaya claimed victory with his championship win while Deo Aguinaldo was named the first runner-up and Boom Coscolluela the second runner-up. The ceremony ensued with the announcement of the winners in special categories, namely: Michael Steer (longest drive), Robert Rongavilla (nearest-to-the-pin) and Danny Garcia (hole-in-one).

Winners received plaques and prizes that included accommodations at The Bellevue Hotel, B Hotel and Bellevue Resort Bohol as well as Mizuno product packages, among others. Lucky guests also brought home exciting raffle prizes from Belo Medical Group, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, La Vida Verde and Studio 10.10. After the action-packed tournament, participants were feted to an exceptional Chinese lauriat feast at the Phoenix Court, a fine dining Chinese restaurant in Alabang. This event was made possible with co-presenter Autozentrum BMW.

Congratulations to The Bellevue Hotels and Resorts for this very remarkable and successful cup! See you next year!
