The Magnum indulgence
Manila’s party set trooped to White Space to celebrate the launch of Unilever’s biggest global ice cream brand Magnum Ice Cream. A giant illuminated “M” by the entrance marked the start of the longest photo wall ever mounted in the Philippines, which sent the paparazzi into a shooting frenzy.
The Magnum ambassadors were Solenn Heussaf, Erwan Heusaff, Liz Uy, Tessa Prieto-Valdes, Rajo Laurel, who were all led to the event by Magnum launch creative consultant Raymond Gutierrez.
Magnum provides an ultimate sensorial experience from the very first bite. This velvety, smooth and creamy ice cream bar is coated with a thick layer of cracking Belgian chocolate.
The launch was a collaboration between Unilever and RFM, the mother company of dairy giant Selecta. Through its many years in the Philippine market, Selecta Ice Cream has consistently been a major industry player — a position that will certainly be cemented with this major launch.
I first tried Magnum abroad. I am so happy that it is finally in the country… too bad for my soon to be even bigger belly.
