It surely was an action-packed night when Nokia unveiled its latest entertainment smartphone, the Nokia X7 with the latest Symbian Anna operating system, during the exclusive premiere of Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon at the Greenbelt 3 Cinema.

Device portfolio manager of Nokia Philippines Mike Smith said, “This is the perfect opportunity to launch our latest entertainment smartphone, the Nokia X7, with the best viewing quality it offers to movie and entertainment enthusiasts. With its Symbian Anna software update, movie and gaming fans will find this handset the perfect device to bring their mobile entertainment expectations to life.”

During the premiere, guests got to try out the new phone model, which provides faster Internet browsing and page downloading experience, enhanced features on Ovi Maps and easier text and e-mail function with its vertical QWERTY and split-screen view. The phone has a large four-inch screen perfect for surfing the web, playing games and viewing video content. It also comes pre-loaded with popular games like Asphalt 5 HD and Galaxy On Fire HD. The phone’s dark metal and light metal colors were a hit among Transformers fans!

Guests got to see for themselves the HD quality that the new phone offers as they had the chance to have their pictures taken beside the Transformers 3 standee using the Nokia X7. Not only were they able to freeze the exciting moment in HD, they also got a chance to bring home great prizes, too! Lucky guests with the best pictures captured by the smartphone received a limited edition Nokia X7 Transformers USB thumbdrive.
