Man of Virtue
Standing by the principle of providing top-notch dental care and with his magnanimous dental missions in various parts of the country, Gan Advanced Osseointegraton Center (GAOC) founder and president Dr. Steve Mark Gan was recognized as one of People Asia’s “Men Who Matter” in ceremonies held last June. Led by People Asia publisher Babe Romualdez and editor-in-chief Joanne Rae Ramirez, the annual awarding was held at Rustan’s Makati where the most influential men from different fields such as entertainment, medicine, banking and the arts converged for the event. This honor given to Dr. Gan made him all the more enthusiastic in helping to build a better nation through his efforts in providing dental health care services to more people. Aside from that, he invests his resources to bring state-of-the-art dental technology and equipment to the country to ensure that his patients get only the best treatment always. Putting into perspective that “the perfect smile gives any individual the proper self-confidence and quality living that a person without teeth may never get to enjoy,” Dr. Gan will surely reach out and change the lives of more Filipinos in the coming years.
Congratulations, Dr. Gan!

An Australian feast at the Fireplace
An intimate gathering of the metro’s most discerning diners over a collection of some of the world’s finest wines, signature Wagyu beef dishes and a cozy ambiance was recently held at The Fireplace, located at the fifth level of the Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila. Aptly named Wine and Dine Australia, the event introduced the hotel’s newest specialties, the Australian Tajima Wagyu beef and Penfold’s Wine. Led by the hotel’s GM Anthony Sebastian, the wine-pairing dinner had special guests such as Australian Ambassador Rod Smith, French Chamber of Commerce president Didier Chalumeau and Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos.
Cheers!
