Fun parties, great company

It was certainly another night to remember at Nuvo’s Mezzanine as Christina Bartges, a.k.a. Ms. Badkiss, thrilled guests with her music, looks and dance moves.

Hennessy cocktails flowed as four people celebrated their birthdays on that night: always-fun girl AA Arquiza, camera/publicity shy Bobby Tanjuatco, actress Maui Taylor and Star columnist RJ Ledesma. 

These lucky four had their cake and ate it, too, as Bulgari gifted them with Bulgari Blu II and Bulgari Pour Homme scents courtesy of Luxasia’s Sigrid Villamil. The next party is coming soon with another special guest DJ (maybe even three DJs) and another set of beautiful celebrators. Here’s a hint: it will be an all female affair… So, if you want to be surrounded by beauty and personality, be at Nuvo’s Mezzanine on July 24!

Innovations in technology and style

Samsung Electronics Philippines, Corp. has once again set the standard in performance and design as it launched its second quarter line-up in printers, monitors and projectors. Set at the Crowne Plaza, radio and TV personalities Andi Manzano, Aaron Atayde and Vitto Lazatin ushered and testified to the style and power of the latest in IT peripherals and technology.

Guests and dealers were wowed at the unveiling of the sensuous yet reliable and efficient IT products. Designed to suit today’s fast-paced and fast-changing lifestyle, these peripherals will suit anyone and deliver power-packed results without sacrificing the workspace’s aesthetic value.

Guests were treated to food and music as the products were demonstrated in detail. The event was hosted by Grace Lee.

When women run

What better way to celebrate a woman’s strength than with an all-woman run? Woman by Lactacyd understands the needs of a woman with an active lifestyle. Woman by Lactacyd launched Woman Team Run, an all-woman team relay for those from ages 18 to 35 held at the Venice Piazza Mall, McKinley Hill.

The launch was attended by ambassadors of Woman by Lactacyd Leica Carpo, Amanda Carpo, Chesca Carpo and Bea Locsin. Also present in the launch were product manager Alde Po, business unit director Arla Ampil and corporate communications manager Cheryl Serrano.
