Toasting to Sex and the City 2

At the red carpet movie screening of Sex and the City 2 in Greenbelt 3, guests were treated to a pre-movie cocktail of Moet & Chandon champagne and hors d’oeuvres for a bubbly start. After the screening, everyone trooped to a party hosted by Moet & Chandon in Conway’s at Makati Shangri-La. Moet & Chandon went all out presenting each guest a baby Moet bottle with a special black flute attached to it. These pocket-sized bottles of champagne were flown in from Paris exclusively for this event. Each guest also got a Moet tattoo on his or her hand.

As they entered Conway’s, guests were transported to a chic New York club with New York DJ Christopher Sealey providing the music. Luminous pink cocktail tables added a whimsical touch as delectable canapés and flutes of champagne were passed around. The patio, on the other hand, dotted with romantic tea lights and draped in colorful fabric, got an Abu Dhabi make-over, complete with belly dancers.

A raffle draw was held and lucky guests were able to win a dinner for four at Makati Shangri-La’s Red as well as a two-night stay in Shangri-La’s Boracay Resort and Spa.

In honor of the film’s release, Moët & Chandon celebrated once more its passion and commitment to cinema by bringing together the magic of champagne and the glamour of cinema. Moët’s relationship with cinema dates back to the early days of Hollywood and carries on to the present day, via close relationships with actors and Moët’s glamorous cameos in numerous iconic films.
