A great mix of people once again attended the once-a-month Saturday party of party organizer Cacay Moras at The Establishment in The Fort.
The night was hot, hot, hot as Brazilian DJ Alex Pain took it to the next level with his version of house heaven. Celebrating their birthdays that night were Ramon Cacho and Cristalle Henares as well as Moet-Hennessy’s Olga Azarcon and Randy Uson. The lucky four birthday celebrants were gifted with cologne and makeup from Bulgari and Guerlain, thanks to Sigrid Villamil of Luxasia.
Guests raised their glasses as they sampled the four different cocktails that Hennessy had to offer: The Hennessy Apple, The Hennessy Berry, The Hennessy Citrus and The Hennessy Ginger.
Don’t miss the Glenmorangie party tomorrow night, May 15, also at The Establishment. Oh, and the strict dress codes don’t apply on Cacay’s nights.
Don’t miss Establishment’s Latin Nights with Sabor Latino on Tuesdays and Fridays with DJ Ben Harvey!
Boracay gets hydrated with Lightwater
Lightwater, the better water, made sure that bodies in Boracay’s sweltering heat were hydrated all day long so they could keep up with the various beach activities.
Lightwater is purified the way plant cells are able to select only the purest water to make them grow. It is pure water with electrolytes — calcium, magnesium and potassium. This combination of electrolytes has been chosen for its hydrating benefits as well as its ability to maintain the body’s nutrient balance. To top it all off, Lightwater doesn’t have any of the bad stuff — no coloring, no salt and no sugar.
The Lightwater hydration lounge was set up in the busy beachfront of Plazoleta. Breezy and relaxing, the lounge was filled with pillows, bean bags and tents for people to stay in and enjoy the feel-good beach sounds playing in the background. Guests were able to access their favorite social networking site, Facebook, and become a fan of Lightwater. Their photos were taken and uploaded on the site, which they gamely tagged and “liked.” Three iPod Nanos were up for grabs to the ones with the most liked photo.
Those who were soaking up the sun also had their fill of Lightwater as bottles and bottles were given away during the restaurant and bar hops and beachfront walks. A squirt toy and frisbee were also given away to those spotted looking all vibrant, energetic and just loving their body. The breathtaking sunset was accompanied by drumbeating and fire dancing, which entertained everyone and amplified the Lightwater experience. During the sunset party, people enjoyed the music of Juice Bar’s resident DJ Eric Capili.
The teaser effort of Lightwater in Boracay was only a glimpse of what to expect when it becomes available in Manila by this month in 7-Eleven and major supermarkets.
