The first Noel

He was named after Jesus Christ. Everyone’s favorite buddy Noel Oñate had his annual Christmas party on the very first day of December.

 It was the usual cast of characters plus more this year as friends gathered to the anticipated Christmas party. The dinner was catered by La Tasca with a buffet of roast beef, callos, artichoke casserole and clams. They also did the bar chow, which included cheese-stuffed squash flowers, salami, bruschetta and various cheeses.

 Friends enjoy his parties because it is one of the few times people can actually gather together and talk in a place that is actually not loud. It is also a reunion of sorts for people who don’t really hang out to see each other.

 Champagne, wine and vodka were free flowing the entire evening and the party lasted till almost sunrise. Noel’s party was the perfect start to the Christmas season.

Happy birthday, Louie!

It was another birthday for Manila’s undisputed King of the Nightlife as Louie Ysmael gathered his friends and closed for a night Greenbelt 2 hot spot Nuvo Restaurant and Bar for another fantastic celebration.

With an open bar and in the company of good friends, a roast beef carving and a buffet of shrimps, oysters and pasta were laid out for guests to enjoy.

As expected, the dinner party entered the late morning phase and ended late, with everybody enjoying and celebrating with the well-liked Louie!
