L'Oreal's bachelor pad

L’Oreal Paris formally launched Men Expert, the latest line of skin care products specially made for men. Tagged as “The Bachelor’s Pad,” the Beaufort Showsuite at The Fort, Taguig City showcased the faces of Men Expert Pierce Brosnan, Daniel Wu and Dome. Men naturally flocked to the venue to check this product line specifically designed for them. Not far were the women checking out the latest product for their men.

Hosts Karen Pamintuan and Brent Javier led the exciting program that included games and prizes. Model/ushers went around to let male guests sample the Men Expert skincare line.

The line includes various facial wash, both to clean as well as exfoliate. The moisturizing and firming products are specifically designed for the male skin because men have more pores than women.

Everyone continued enjoying the free-flowing drinks from generous sponsors Bacardi, Margarita King, 42 Below Vodka and Jagermeister, who even brought the Jager bus outside the venue, while T.G.I.Fridays provided an array of finger foods. Special gift bags of Men Expert products were given to all the guests.

L’Oreal Paris Men Expert holds the future for our skin, because both men and women are, as L’Oreal’s slogan goes, “worth it.”

Madison finds a new home

I first wrote about Madison when it opened at TriNoma in Quezon City. Being a carnivore, I have always enjoyed going there to eat either the US Certified Angus Beef rib eye or the wagyu rib eye. Now, I am even happier that it has become more accessible that it has moved to Greenbelt 5 in Makati.

The place is certainly not only for meat lovers as the seafood and the pizza served here are excellent as well. Guests can even create their own gourmet pizza or have a whole rack of baby back ribs or the extremely tender US beef short ribs. The menu is quite extensive, with kiddie meals as well.
