It also produces the malunggay powerbread, malunggay siopao, and malunggay doughnuts. The Malunggay Powerpao alone is composed of fresh tomatoes, kamote (sweet potato), potatoes and carrots. The meat — pork and beef — used are lean, and the chicken, skinless.
