Visionary Wilcon president and CEO William Belo, assisted by the alluring and hardworking EVP and COO Rose Bosch Ong, welcomed special friends, architects, interior designers  and top echelons of the construction industry to the grand launch of the country’s largest air-conditioned depot for a memorable day of fun and jubilation. Seen gracing the event were Pampanga Governor Ed Panlilio, Mexico Mayor Teddy Tumang, San Fernando Mayor Oscar Rodriguez, Clark Development Corp. president Levi Laus, Bruce Chien of HCG Phils.
