World-renowned and internationally-acclaimed Hoseki, the country’s premier designer jewellery salon, has done it again, presenting a visual feast as it recently unveiled the scintillating pieces of its new collection dubbed “Look East.” Held at the Ascott Hotel, the exquisite amalgamation of art and design presented breathtaking Oriental-inspired pieces designed by the award winning Hoseki team of Faico, Zabeth Co, Knoi Esmane and Shamaine Ng together with masterpieces from the renowned Saturday Group of artists. Featuring a synthesis of revelations from Japan, China, Thailand, Burma and the Philippines, Hoseki’s “Look East” collection breaks down boundaries and sets the bar higher once more.

The seamless, artistic elegance of Hoseki captivated the carefully selected guests of the evening as the jewellery outfit staged a fashion show to showcase its new creations. Bold, daring and visually arresting, Hoseki’s goal of fusing art and design is slowly coming to fruition with their continuously evolving, innovative and dynamic approach.

Beauty and the best

Beauty once again took over Rustan’s Makati as it held its most sought-after workshops featuring Thierry Mugler and Awake. Gorgeous women spent the afternoon at the posh department store with their gracious hosts Minerva Tanseco for Thierry Mugler and Mari Caballero for Awake while indulging in mini facials, massages, makeovers and special giveaways.
