UTRECHT, Netherlands — Dutch police conduct a huge manhunt for a gunman who killed three people and wounded nine others in a suspected terror attack inside a tram in the city of Utrecht, surrounding a building near to the site of the shooting.

Police and anti-terrorism unites surround a house in the Dutch city of Utrecht where the suspect of a gun attack is said to be hiding.

Dutch authorities said they were still investigating a likely terrorist motive for the attack but said they "cannot exclude" other motives, including a family dispute.
