MANILA, Philippines — Two newly-minted senators. Two differing opinions.

Learn about the views of two newly-proclaimed senators on the hotly-contested reinstitution of death penalty during their respective press conference at the PICC in Pasay City.

First is Manny Pacquiao, a boxer-turned-lawmaker who served the province of Sarangani for two terms. He is followed by Risa Hontiveros, also a former representative, who failed to make it to the "Magic 12" twice before this year's national elections.
