MANILA, Philippines – As millions of Catholic devotees partake in the Black Nazarene’s traslacion, most of them did so to strengthen their faith and fulfill their “panata” or vows to the Lord.

“To understand the devotee, you have to be a devotee," Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle said.

Licensure Examination for Architects

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,799 out of 3,290 passed the Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA) given by the Board of Architecture headed by its Chairman, Arch.
