MANILA, Philippines —  Leaders of economies under the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation arrive with their spouses for the welcoming dinner hosted by President Benigno Aquino III on Wednesday night.

The leaders, clad in bespoke barong Tagalog designed by Filipino artist Paul Cabral, pose for a photograph with Aquino and his sister Maria Elena Aquino-Cruz.

Leaders from 21 countries and self-governing territories are gathering in Manila for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.
