MANILA, Philippines — Sens. Grace Poe and Francis "Chiz" Escudero made their tandem official for the 2016 election's top seats on Thursday.
Escudero, who was accompanied by his wife, actress Heart Evangelista, said he and Poe, who will run for president, acknowledge the Aquino administration's gains.
The two, however, said more has to be done. Watch the video of their statement.
