MANILA, Philippines — The Senate joint committee inquiry on the police operation in Mamasapano town that turned into a tragedy continued on Thursday amid the spread of a video allegedly showing the brutal killing of Special Action Force commandos by Moro Islamic Liberation Front rebels.
