VIRAL: Curious hotel worker messing with guest's belongings

A hotel guest intentionally left his laptop's web camera while he was away when a member of the domestic staff is recorded trying to access it and messing with his other belongings.

The video, uploaded on YouTube earlier this week, earned over 8 million views as of Friday morning (Manila time).

"This happened on the 5th of November 2014. I was staying at a brand named hotel [in the United States] and I kept all of my items laid out in my room," YouTube user Vince Stravix said in the video caption.

While the maid is not seen attempting to steal anything, the user advised hotel guests not to leave their things for room service personnel to see.

"Keep your items hidden in the trunk of a car or at least hidden from view!" he said.
