WATCH: 'Rurouni Kenshin' stars tell fans, 'Mahal ko kayo!'
MANILA, Philippines – Japanese actors Takeru Satoh, Emi Takei, and Munetaka Aoki received a warm welcome from Filipino fans during the Manila red carpet premiere of their movie “Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno” at the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City on Wednesday, August 6.
And they knew how to return the favor.

During the end of a short program prior to the screening of “Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno,” Takeru (who plays Kenshin Himura in the film), Emi (Kaoru Kamiya), and Munetaka (Sanosuke Sagara) told fans who attended the event how much they are thrilled that Manila responded well to their movie.
“Ruroini Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno” opens in Manila on August 20.
