End Impunity Alliance and other groups call President Benigno Aquino III, "Impunity King", during a press conference at UP Diliman in Quezon City on Tuesday. They said Aquino should be given that title owing to the slow trial of the Maguindanao massacre case as well as the issues and controversies about the PDAF scam, which could also be faulted for slow aid given to victims of super typhoon "Yolanda".
