National Press Corps, End Impunity Alliance and other groups on Tuesday announced in UP Diliman a commemoration program for the 4th year anniversary of Ampatuan Massacre on Novmeber 23 in Mendiola Manila.The groups will express their dismay over the slow trial of the case.
