Tingting's edge? '3 master's, 2 doctorate degrees'

MANILA, Philippines - Socialite and philanthropist Tingting Cojuangco, part of the United Nationalist Alliance's senatorial ticket, possesses two master's and two doctorate degrees--titles she says are her advantage over rival candidates. But these are not the only feathers in her cap.

"Having graduated from the National Defense College of the Philippines, I've been able to be a full colonel," she says in an exclusive interview with Philstar.com
