MANILA, Philippines -- The Joint Congressional Oversight Committee on Automated Elections (JCOC-AE) along with Commission on Elections and Smartmatic officials recently visited the National Printing Office in Quezon City and the Smartmatic warehouse in Cabuyao, Laguna, where they inspected the ongoing ballot printing and PCOS configuration and testing.
