MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,863 out of 2,296 passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination given by the Board of Real Estate Service in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao this April 2026.
