MANILA, Philippines - Leading telecommunications provider Globe Telecom celebrates University of Sto. Tomas’ (UST) 400th year foundation with its full support of the 16th UST-Cheer Mania Competition. UST-Cheer Mania is a cheering competition with pep squads of the different colleges and faculties, as well as guest colleges and universities, thrilling the huge crowd with their hip dance moves and startling stunts. The College of Commerce Pep Squad was declared grand champion, with BS Science and AMV-College of Accountancy winning second and third places, respectively. In the festival category, Lyceum of the Philippines University grabbed the top spot with their Moriones Festival inspired dance routine followed by the Mapua Institute of Technology and Far Eastern University.
