MANILA, Philippines - Centro Escolar University Professional and Continuing Education and the human resource department will be conducting a training titled “Creating a Professional/Corporate Image in the Workplace Towards E-Customer Service” on Aug. 25 to 26, 2010 at the CEU ISC Mezzanine.
The training will immerse the participants into an interactive approach towards professionalism and image enhancing to the corporate ladder with confidence and grace. The two-day development activity will provide participants with the principles and skills needed to be competent professionals/individuals. It will also help them hone their business and social skills, and improve their fashion and personal style. The training will guide the participants in delivering an outstanding quality customer service which, in turn, results in a positive emotional experience from a business transaction.
