Educating for Life conference slated

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Learning and Teaching Styles Philippines (CLTS Phils), an affiliate of the International Learning Styles Network with offices and practitioners in Asia, US and Scandinavia, is holding a national Educating for Life conference at the Baguio Teachers Camp on July 25-29, 2010.

Aptly entitled, “One Nation Learning”, the conference will have for its theme “Between Hope and Despair, Education is Still the Great Equalizer”.

Among the confirmed speakers are: Fr. Roderick Salazar, immediate past president of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP); Prof Mayo Lopez of AIM and the Management Association of the Philippines; Ricardo De Vera of the Philippine Marketing Association, Jos Ortega, CEO of J Walter Thompson; Arnulfo Empleo, president of the National Association of Public Secondary Schools; Donald Lim, former CEO of Yehey Philippines, Albert Saldajeno, pedagogical guru; Monette Santos, former Brent School Baguio Adventure Education, many more.
