MANILA, Philippines -  A group of developers from the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman recently came up with a website providing traveling instructions for those taking the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) on August 3 and 4.

Called UPCATMAPS diliman, the website provides a commuting map for all the 18 UPCAT testing centers in UP Diliman for travellers coming from Commonwealth Avenue, Katipunan Avenue, North Avenue, Philcoa and Quezon Avenue.

A closer look at the website shows detailed commuting instructions that includes information on train stations and jeepney terminals.

"...[T]here’s a lot of buzz with regard to Transportation recently and how technology can be leveraged to help," the developers of the website said.

Core developers of the UPCATMAPS diliman include RK Aranas, Roy Canseco, Sue Quirante and Tin Tolod. The development pool, meanwhile, is composed of Stepehen Doliente, Francis Cabarle, Reigna Jewel Ritz Macababad and Sandy Mae Gaspay.
