Social pension alang sa mga indigent seniors

SENIOR CITIZEN - Antolin dela Serna - Banat

Kon magkadungan ang pagpanghatag with city hall, you ll be receiving P6,000.

Good news for the elderly: Cholesterol has no effect on you.  Nindota no?

Unsa man kining cholesterol? Unsa may buhaton niini ngadto sa imong lawas? Unsa may mahitabo kon taas ka g cholesterol? Unsa may makaingon sa cholesterol?

Tubag sa internet (dili lang ni nato Binisay-on tingalig dili na hinuon masabtan:  Cholesterol is a fat-like, waxy substance (tambok) that helps your body make cell membranes, many hormones, and vitamin D (good cholesterol tingali ni). The cholesterol in your blood comes from two sources: the foods you eat and your liver. Your liver makes all the cholesterol your body needs.

Ang taas nga cholesterol, imong cholesterol,  can cause a dangerous accumulation of cholesterol and other deposits on the walls of your arteries (atherosclerosis). These deposits (plaques) can reduce blood flow through your arteries, which can cause complications, such as: Chest pain.

High cholesterol is when you have too much of a fatty substance called cholesterol in your blood. It's mainly caused by eating fatty food, not exercising enough (tan-awa, exercise gyud, ayaw pagtinapolan), being overweight, smoking and drinking alcohol. It can also run in families. You can lower your cholesterol by eating healthily and getting more exercise.

Ang pagtuon nga gihimo sa Yale University, uban sa 997 ka lalake ug babaye nagpanuigon70 pataas, nga gi-monitor sulod sa lima ka tuig, nagpakita nga samtang aduna kanilay high cholesterol levels, silang tanan, matud pa:  these people did not have any more heart attacks during the study period than those whose cholesterol levels were normal or even low  (moy gidangat).  This is good news for old people,  matud ni Dr. Stephen B. Hulley sa University of California, San Francisco. The study shows that after the age of 70, they can take it easy and relax and stop worrying about cholesterol.

Apan, sa dili pa kita magpatuyang sa lechon, humba, crispy pata, balbacua, ubp, tambag ni Neal Cruz:  Moderation is always a good rule to follow.  Bitaw!

Sama sa ilang giingon nga:  Moderate your greed,  aron kaminosan ang corruption. Lisud ni santaon completely. Ato lang pakubsan.
