CEBU, Philippines — Ang kagamhanan sa dakbayan sa Talisay nipahigayon og seminar nga giulohan og "The Impact of Sports in Advocating Nationalism and Character Development Among the Youth" kagahapong adlawa,Huwebes, Oktubre 17 didto sa Solea Mactan Resort, Lungsod sa Cordova.
Gipaluyohan ni Talisay City Mayor Gerald Anthony "Samsam" Gullas, Jr. ug Vice Mayor Richard Francis "Choy" Aznar ang mahinungdanong kalihokan nga gipasiugdahan ni Konsehal Rodolfo “Rodi” Cabigas, tsirman sa games, amusements and professional sports sa konseho sa Dakbayan sa Talisay inabagan sa Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation nga gipangulohan sa presidente niini nga si John Van Exel Restauro.
Gitambongan sa mga SK chairpersons ug representante gikan sa Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) ug Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) ang seminar diin gituyo kini aron pagdasig sa mga kabata-onan nga hangpon ang responsibilidad isip mga lider sa ilang komunidad ingon man paghatag kanila sa gikinahanglan nilang mga hinagiban aron sila mamahimong epektibo nga mga instrumento sa serbisyo publiko.
