Over speeding of passenger buses is back in the highways of the first district. This according to Quir L. de Gracia, Banat News correspondent in the City of Naga. Quir says many passengers, especially the senior citizens, are complaining — appealing — to the drivers to slow down.

“The drivers don’t only ignore the passengers’ plea,” Quir says. “They berate them and even order them to get down and look for another bus.” Once, one bus actually stopped and the driver told the complaining passengers to disembark, according to Quir.
