That is easy to understand. Binay has become that popular because with not much work to do he spends his time, or most of it, with the common people. You know, like what Monching “The Guy” Magsaysay did. PNoy has no time for that.”

The same e-mail said, “Wherever he happens to be on weekends” Binay is seen with “ordinary people,” jogging with them, playing ball with them, sponsoring baptismal rites with them, or just exchanging pleasantries with them. “By this alone,” the e-mail also said, “Binay is acceptable to the common people.”
