SPOT OF THE CRIME. After the robbery heist in the Fuente area last Monday, a large crowd gathered around the armored van that “starred” in the crime. Men and women had their picture taken with the armored van as backdrop. Others had the yellow “police caution” band as props. “Pang souvenir lang,” said a young woman, adding: “Ipakita ko ni Manang sa States as proof nga diha gyud ko sa gitulisan.”
ARE THEY SURE? A native of Misamis Occ. whose father used to be an official of Ozamis City, was dismayed at radio reports that named the heist suspects as natives of Ozamis City. “How sure are they?” he asked. “For all we know the suspects came from other places in Mindanao.” He lamented: “Nadaut ang among siyudad.”
